What does this PR do?

When a schema sets x-keep-typed-in-additional-properties: true (introduced in DataDog/datadog-api-spec#5941), the Ruby model generator also writes typed property keys into additional_properties during deserialization. Previously, only unknown (untyped) keys were stored there; typed keys were silently dropped from the map.

The first consumer is UsageSummaryDate, UsageSummaryDateOrg, and UsageSummaryResponse. After this change, every field on those models is accessible from additional_properties regardless of when it was added to the spec, giving customers a single uniform access pattern.

Typed attribute accessors are unchanged — this is additive only.

Review checklist

  • This PR includes all newly recorded cassettes for any modified tests.

  • This PR does not rely on API client schema changes.

    • The CI should be fully passing.
  • Or, this PR relies on API schema changes and this is a Draft PR to include tests for that new functionality.

When a schema sets `x-keep-typed-in-additional-properties: true`, also add
typed property keys to `additional_properties` so all fields are accessible
from a single map regardless of when they were added to the spec.

… before

The previous approach stored the raw pre-coercion hash value. After setters run,
self.attr_name holds the coerced value. We now copy post-coercion so both access
paths return consistent types.
